About the Programme

Programme Design

A 6-month hybrid fellowship (~180 hours) for mid-career women, combining weekend online classes with in-person modules for immersive growth. An optional 1-month management primer is also available.

FAQs

The curriculum and mentorship focus on overcoming gender-specific barriers, building confidence, developing leadership presence, and navigating work-life integration.

The program does not cover travel and accommodation costs for the in person immersions.

The programme is 5 months long with a one month optional primer on management and is set up in a hybrid manner. You only need to be in Delhi for the initial immersion.
